"Longterm user"
I've been using Udemy for a number of years now for courses mainly on software development.

The important thing when using them is to wait for their sales which are very regular, and to read reviews on the courses you want to take. If you do take a chance on a course that has few reviews, you can always use the 30 day money back guarantee which they have honoured in the few times I've used it.

The longer courses tend to be the better ones and they offer good value as you can purchase them for between £10 and £15 depending on the current offers.

"Their discounts are awesome!"
Their discounts are awesome! Choose your category, look for the sources with the highest rating and duration, and you'll definitely find something interesting and created by professionals in the niche. Last time I bought 3 courses each at 10 bucks. That was the new year sale, but they have sales pretty often.

I am part of a global training company and we have recently rolled out a single pilot course as part of a plan to roll out 20 more over the coming year. the treatment we have received by udemy has been beyond terrible and i would never recommend any company wanting to seriously market large scale projects to do it via this means. although udemy are consistently failing to respond to our emails, it appears that they have underpaid us for our pilot course and completely devalued it by underselling it way below the market price and without our permission. we are rightly very frustrated by the lack of service from udemy and their willful failure to deal with our issues. perhaps someone on this site could confirm an additional channel we could use to resolve our complaint which might actually result in a response from the company.
