"Really solid teaching"
The teachers clearly know their stuff, and they explained everything in a way that was super easy to follow. I was impressed

"Subtitles make it way easier"
I mostly use Udemy because I can usually find courses that have subtitles in different languages. English isn’t my first language, so yeah, when the instructor talks fast, turning on captions helps a ton. Some of the subtitles are a bit off here and there, but most of them are good enough to keep up with the lesson. I also like that a lot of courses show the available languages before you buy, which makes picking one way less of a guessing game.

"Smooth lessons and clear audio"
The lessons play really smoothly for me, and the video looks clear with audio that’s easy to hear. I’ve used it for around a little while now and haven’t had any big issues.

"Easy to use and find my courses"
Well, Udemy has been easy for me to use so far. I can find my courses quickly, the video player works well, and it’s simple to jump back in where I left off. I also like having everything in one place, even when I’m on my phone. No major issues for me, just a smooth experience overall.

"The quizzes and assignments actually helped a lot"
I liked the quizzes and assignments because they gave me solid practice without feeling too overwhelming. Most of them were manageable and helped me check if I really understood the material. they were kind of useful. Then suddenly I’d realize, wait, I actually know this stuff now.

"Pretty decent after getting into it"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, and it took me a little while to get into the flow of the course. Some parts felt familiar, but as I went along I started picking up things that were actually useful. Overall, the content ended up being really helpful.

"Good courses, but wait for a sale"
The courses are decent overall, honestly. I’ve found some of them useful, but yeah, paying full price feels a bit too much for what you get. When there’s a sale, though, it makes a lot more sense and feels worth it.

"I was expecting the refund to…"
I was expecting the refund to take way longer, because these things usually drag on forever, kind of like when you’re waiting for water to boil and suddenly decide to reorganize your whole kitchen drawer. But nope, it came through quickly. Really appreciated that, thanks!

"The lessons were easy to follow…"
The lessons were easy to follow, and the instructor explained things in a way that actually made sense. I liked being able to pause and replay parts whenever I got stuck. There was just something about it that made learning feel less stressful.

"Clear Prices, But the Constant Sales Are Annoying"
I’ll give Udemy credit for at least showing the course prices and discounts upfront, so I’m not getting blindsided at checkout. But the way their sales keep changing is frustrating and feels like it’s on them for making pricing more confusing than it needs to be. One day a course is one price, the next day it’s something else, and it just makes me feel like I have to second-guess everything. Overall, the pricing is still clear, but Udemy really needs to stop messing around with the discounts so much.

"Actually Useful Excel Tips"
I used the Excel tips at work the very next day, they were helpful. Like, it was nice to actually learn something I could use right away instead of just forgetting it.

"Actually Helped Me Pick Things Up Faster"
I took the courses they made things click a lot faster for me. I was able to use what I learned at work pretty much right away, which was a nice surprise. Kind of makes me wonder why some of this wasn’t explained this clearly in the first place.

"easy to keep up with updates"
i like that a lot of the courses get new lessons when the tools change. there are still some older ones on there, but it’s easy to check the last updated date. that helped me avoid wasting time on stuff that might be outdated.

"I’ve used Udemy quite a bit over…"
I’ve used Udemy quite a bit over time, and what stands out to me is how much variety there is. I remember searching for totally different things like Excel, drawing, coding, and even cooking, and there were usually plenty of courses to pick from. Not every course has been amazing, so I’ve learned to check the reviews and watch the previews before buying. I do like that there are options for different skill levels, from beginner stuff to more advanced lessons. The frequent sales also make it easier to try something without spending too much. Overall, from my experience, it’s been a convenient place to go when I want to learn something new without making it complicated...

"Coupon issue got sorted"
I had a weird little issue where my course coupon just would not apply at checkout. I sent in a ticket and heard back the next day, which was fine, though not exactly lightning fast. The support agent was polite and actually read what I wrote, so I didn’t have to explain the whole thing all over again, which I appreciated. Weird detail I remember: I was eating a slightly crushed granola bar while checking my email for the reply. Anyway, they fixed the coupon and everything worked after that. Taking off one star just because of the wait, but overall support did what it needed to do.

"Honestly, I feel a bit misled by the complaints"
I’ve been using udemy for a while now, i kind of feel misled by some of the things I’d heard before signing up. I expected videos to be buggy or slow, especially on my old laptop, but they’ve loaded fine every time. Payments went through without any hassle, downloads worked, and my progress tracking has always been accurate. I haven’t run into any weird errors or major issues so far.

"Easy to Find a Good Course Fast"
I mostly use Udemy when I need to quickly learn something for work. I’ll search a random topic, skim the ratings and reviews, and use the filters as my little mental shortcuts to decide what’s worth clicking on. So far, that usually gets me to a solid course without spending forever comparing options. I’ve bought a few now and have been happy with them. The site is simple enough and doesn’t get in the way

"Udemy Checkout Actually Worked"
I made an account on Udemy quickly and, shockingly, didn’t have to battle the internet just to pay for the course I wanted. The checkout page was clear, the receipt showed up in my email right away, and the course appeared in my account without some dramatic waiting period. Nothing flashy or life-changing, it just worked the way it’s supposed to. Imagine that. Overall, good experience for me...

"Helpful, but the info can be outdated"
I do find it useful overall, but some of the information doesn’t seem to be kept up to date. I also got the feeling that when I sent a message about it, nobody really read it, which was a bit frustrating.

Udemy Q&A

Tesst

i want more some feature

I am part of a global training company and we have recently rolled out a single pilot course as part of a plan to roll out 20 more over the coming year. the treatment we have received by udemy has been beyond terrible and i would never recommend any company wanting to seriously market large scale projects to do it via this means. although udemy are consistently failing to respond to our emails, it appears that they have underpaid us for our pilot course and completely devalued it by underselling it way below the market price and without our permission. we are rightly very frustrated by the lack of service from udemy and their willful failure to deal with our issues. perhaps someone on this site could confirm an additional channel we could use to resolve our complaint which might actually result in a response from the company.

Are master pages thoroughly explained in ms publisher training tutorial?

I bought 3 courses and now i cant get the site to load or respond when i try to access my classes
